Hes either

1) Hes got it wrong and got confused
2) Hes bought a vb but not putting ir up until its skinned

I know but i was just saying on his website its a IPB, so unless he's changing it hes got it mixed up.!

ok the person who is in charge of the site kind thing wants ipb or vb so it dosent really matter.
