How Can I Make Sure My Email Address Has Been Vertified?

Hey there,

I've been trying for ages to reset my Habbo UK password, but the password reset email never does seem to get to my email inbox; And yes, I have checked my junk email!

I tried it on my brothers account and his password reset email got there in 2 seconds, litereally, but mines no where to be found!

Please help!

wll is your e-mail the same on your habbo account like it is on ur hotmail account??
and if you reset ya password on habbo and ya e-mail bit wrong u wnt recive it, but ur habbo pass will still have been changed there for you cant get on to change ya e-mail you may just have to contact the sulake group using FAQ's

You need your email address to be verified before you are able to receive Habbo Help Tool replies, which includes resetting your password. :)
