This is my 4thrares value report, I have been going around trade rooms a lot looking for furni for my new room (Look in the cool rooms forum) and so I have compiled a list of how rares seem to be selling.

Green Birdbath

It's very difficult to get a green bird bath for the Habbox price, as over christmas I have attempted to buy 3, all of which I ended up paying at a price over the Habbox guide.

Snow Rug

The longer the snow rug, the lower the price is getting. I'm sure everyone has seen the huge number of rooms in the trading section called '1HC Per your Snow Rug'. If it stays in the catalogue for 3 more days, I predict they will sell for less than 1HC.

Elf Green Dragon

It may seem strange that I saw the green dragon go for 1HC 9 times, so I should point out that I baught 4 of these from 6T2 which I included in the total.

Silver Nelly

The silver nelly hasn't changed much in price for 10 days now and my results only show small fluctuations in price, with no conclusive evidense to show it either rising or falling in price by a noticeable amount.

Just a small report for now, but more will be coming soon.
