VIP problem?

i subscribed 1 month to black vip (i think it was from about 17th november to 17th december). then at the beginning of december (about the 6th?) i bought christmas vip for a month which was then activated. on the 17th december the black vip disappeared.

basically for almost 2 weeks, it was running my black subscription even though i wasnt technically using this? shouldnt the black vip of continued when the christmas vip ran out?

No, usually it runs like that. Until two weeks ago you would've been forced to live with that. However if you had PMd me before your black ran out then I would have manually changed it but since its run out I can't do that now :( Sorry!
