How many times have you gone to a rave?
Ive been so close to going to one so many times but its not that i chicken out, its that other things are on at the same time. and i know that at raves people take illicit drugs.
So tell me about your experiences with a rave you have gone to.
Was it fun?
Was it LOUD!

And if the type of thread is against the rules then SORRY! didnt know.

Nah it's just Helen's little island, they've got a ban on fun.
I've never been to a rave, heard about plenty though. Closest thing I've come to was at Gay Pride in Brighton, they have a rave tent there but I didn't go in.

Nah real raves have nothing to do with scenesters, even if the scenesters themselves think they're ravers just by going to a party that has rave music.
Most proper raves you get people who are either skinheads or have dreads, all pilled up and on various other drugs at the same time.

That falls under the definition of being "sence", aka all dress a certain way, do a certain thing, in order to be some specal group. Since if you filled the same place with normal people, it would just be called a party, shows its just a really scene word for the same thing "/

Ahh right, I thought you meant "scene" as in the people who have the dodgy haircuts and tight clothes - what emos evolve into when they decide they don't want to be called emo any more.

Naa, there just the people who get rejected from there native scene and continue being scene, without a scene to fit in to, since no one wants em to start with "/ hence there just scene, without any scene of there own.
Dang thats confuseing to read o.0

All the raves around here people wear bright colours and have like 20 glow sticks around their wrists and necks. is it to trip people out when their high?
and i reckon some people who just wanted to have a good time with out doing and illicit drug probably do it anyway to keep them dancing all night.
E is given out like candy.
