I would like to pay my respects to Pope John Paul II he is the only Ponitff I have ever known ... I understand that many of others have their own religions and beliefs and I would never dream of trying to convert anyone. I am myself very upset at Pope John Paul's loss, but I think death is very sad no matter who it is, whether directly connected or not. I am not ashamed to admit I am a Catholic and was brought up one from day 1, the Pope's death saddened me very much .... but I also understand the concept of free speech, and understand that many people would not agree with me.

I just feel better for having my say :)

Well not many people give out there personal opinions on subjects like these, they usualy just say r.i.p ect. or he will be deeply missed.

I am actualy pleased that someone has writen there view on the subject in hand and giving there own opinion, that is why I am pleased you have done this.

Yes I can understand what you are saying. Many are afraid to air exactly how they feel because of fear of backlash, but I was brought up to be proud of where, how, and my religious upbringing. A lot of people may knock me for how I feel or how I express myself, it doesn't worry me at all, and also doesn't make me thing any less of a person. I am not afraid to speak my mind. I hope I haven't offended anyone with my views, I certainly do not expect anyone to agree with me just because of what I have had to say. Like I said in the previous post I belive strongly in free speech!
