This is my second rare report and so still new to it. There are only three
this time as i only had a short amount of time again.

I know that I have already reported on this but it is necessary because
this peice is one of the most favourite peices in the Hotel. I would predict
that this will go upto 4hcs as people aere willing to pay more and it is
obvious that people prefer the petal to the sand patch or the snow rug.

This item of furniture becomes popular and then doesn't. So as a
consequence the price of this rare seems to go up and down all the time.
A value of 1.1hcs is very hard to get because not many people want
normals for a rare and so people end up, either selling for 1 hc or someone
pays 1.25. The white pillow is similar to the red pillow and so i would say
the white pillow is the same as the red one. Even when the Red/White
Lace pillow was 1.2hcs, i was still able to buy 16 pillows for 1hc each.

This peice of furni is popular in every trade room. Everyone seems to want
one and it looks like it is being traded around the hotel for the exact price
Habbox has suggested. Some people may add a few norms to sell it but
this is because the person would like to get rid of them.

I have yet again ran out of time so I have only seen a number of trades
happening. I will no doubt be posting a few more rare reports. Hopefuly i

A Final thought...
I have noticed that the HC plasto chair is only worth 2RD whereas a
normal plasto chair is worth 3RD. Surely there are less HC plasto chairs
than normal Plasto chairs. This is because you only get the HC set in
month 2 of HC.
