on the neopets toolbar do u need to be a premium member to recieve the free gifts whenever it flashes or can any 1?

no you dont need to be premium.

But if you use firefox then you need a plugin for it from some random site i dont remember, otherwise it will flash like 1 hour behind.

Every item you get from her is worth around 20k - 80k :D

She gave out pirate pet pet paintbrushes yesterday... i didnt get one in time though :(

well yeh im on firefox and it flashed and it just said tarla has left the building. i aint got anything from her yet and ive had it for a day now.
