Does Borat rule?

What do you think of the Borat (the character) in the film or in his appearnces in the Ali G show / some PR events?

Personly i think its comic genius, the movie was one of the funniest id ever watches, and there was a massive amount of subtle jokes hidden in behind the more obvious outragus slapstick and toilet humor :D

My main memory of the movie is being unable to breath for laughter, while cringeing for the whole borat azfat fight scene.

ugh, I skipped that bit... Gross.
It was ok, pretty funny. A memorable part for me was the Dinner party thing.

He was good for the chatshows, although the Ali G movie was seriorsly ****, without the audance reactions, there wasnt a whole lot of substance, plus all the joked were dumbed down from it, and it was toned down to be more PC which really ruined most of it.
borat, which stuck with its guns, was a far better movie.

Although in the show, ill agree Ali G was pretty good :p

I think Borat was the first movie i've actually laughed through the whole time. I haven't seen his Ali G show skits, but i'm now watching some of them on youtube, and they're great.

I haven't seen the film either, but Sacha is a comedic genius. I saw the Tv shows and it amazes me how he manages to stay in character. It's just a shame he wont go on chatshows out of character, he'd be great on Jonathon Ross.
