Stomach Flu

Hey there's been a bug going around in my area called the stomach flu , My dad , my brother and I have had it , My Dad currently has it.
Have you any tip's for him on how to get this bug away , It went away for me in 24 hour's , He's had around 10-15 hour's now . He's only after a 3 hour sleep ? What else could he do ?

Give him enough rest and drink plenty of fluids.

i just caught it today... my mum + dad have had it over the last few weeks/months!

and now i have it . . just intime for the newyear... great

I havent had it thankgod, all my friends have got it.
My Mum and Dad had it.
Maybe it's cause I havent stepped foot out of my bedroom because of revision for GCSE Mocks so I havent been subjected to the virus.

You have to keep very clean, and eat a good diet, sleep lots and try to drink well do. Also to keep active is good too.
