This is going to be my 3rd Rare value report. I coulldn't really find much to
report on so I tried and managed to get some. I reported one that i don't
think has been reported in a while.

I would suggest the price of the New Years Rocket at 1.5hc as, although
people have been trading at 2hcs, it has a name which will only be popular
around the new year. This, i think, will reduce the price after the New
Year because I don't think, correct me if i am wrong, there is another rare
out, other than seasonals, that have an event in their name. ??

This is roughly the same as the white pillow. I am happy to say that this
peice of furni was brought back down to 1hc as the price of 1.1 was hard
to meet. This pillow seems to be more popular than the white pillow at the
moment but i do not predict a rise in the item.

This peice seems to have become very popular in the hotel. Whilst
reporting, i saw a big increase in the amount of people wanting a pillar.
Yet, although with this information, i cannot predict an increase as it is
not a very useful peice. I have put all the pillars together as when one
goes down, the others seem to follow.

This peice of furni is popular but is very rarely traded as people are only
willing to pay 1 hc as they do not want to give a huge profit. People
would have to give a profit as the value of 1.35 is hard to meet and so
people tend to give a .5 or do not accept the offer.

I still think that the HC plasto chair should be increased as there are less
of them than normal plasto chairs. I can't remember who it was but you
stole my idea :o lol. Well... Ill be back reporting in a day or two, got to
