Anyone know where i can get a billing system.

Theres loads of billing systems on the market, however not many are free as they are highly complex pieces of code.

The two biggest ones are:

modernbill
clientexec

Id suggest you google them for more information and prices.

There Are Many Billing Systems
Modern Bill, Whmcs , Client Exec, IPanel, Ihost. Many of them are like $20 or $10 a month but if your paying $10 a MONTH [30 Days] Why Not Jus Get A FREE Panel For 30 days. I had a major hosting company n made ££'s a day
I recoomend WHM Autopilot Has All features of client exec n whmcs but bit simpler visit http://www.whmautopilot.com/purchase.php for free 30 day trial. After trial is over simply re apply for a new free trial n change the license simple! =]
