I really doubt thats true tbh, because first of all; Lost_Witness knows how to use grammar (person who did the ecard doesn't), and I highly doubt he'd mention something about Justine, especially like that. I think its fake.

You can type in any name as a sender - it doesn't require a password. I think someone tricked you and just put L_W as a joke :)
