Which layout do you prefer?

this one:

The top of the seccond one, with the red dots in each corner, would be an iframe with a marquee going across the page with latest updates.
The white boxes with purple dots are content boxes
and right at the bottom, with cyan dots,would be a marquee with the Habbo disclaimer.

Which do you prefer, and why?
