Treasure Trail Help.

Bit of a nooby question, but this is my second ever treasure trail, and first ever co-ordinate clue scroll.

Basically, I'm in the correct spot, but I can't change the degrees? Could anybody help?

I don't know cause i've only done level 1 clues (H)
