Well i might have some thoughts about some competitions.
Since halloween is coming up we could have like a competition for best habboween costume or perhaps best habbo-jack-o-lantern. these would be things you would make at your computer and sent in, like an alteration. or we could have something that everyone can do and have a habboween room design. even though these do get old theyre always fun.

I'm afraid I can't give VIP as a prize, although we do have a member who has donated one months VIP which will be used at some point soon. The good news is all new competitions will have 15 rep points for the winner
Ah, I see. ;)
Write a poem about "habbo"ween? :P (Not sure if ghost galore is to much related to that or what cause that was a short verse and this is a poem? :P)
Oh yeah, something REALLY strange... :P
Since halloween is coming and you're gonna get lots of sweets. Sweets are bad for your teeth so what people have to do is deisng a poster kinda thing which will encourage people to brush there teeth after there halloween sweets...
Dont ask where i got that from but oh well roflmao

How about a competition entitled "Snapshot".
The game works like this:
A competition staff member takes a camera and gets a picture zoomed in of a random piece of furniture (You don't actually have to use film, just print screen ;)).
The staff member then makes a competition where the members have to guess what the furniture is, the first right answer wins! :) (This could be a regular competition like the lotto).
For example:
(Slightly easy one)

We have a member of Competitions Staff who likes this idea - so keep watching :)

The furniture in the example being a lodge barrel stool ;)
The first person to post the correct furniture wins :D

Ok, so far the competitions have been about LUCK - the lotto, and VISUAL SKILLS - pixel art, sig's, av's etc. But there are still several senses not accounted for.
TASTE... Can't really do anything about that.
SMELL... Same as taste
TOUCH... Doubt it
VISUAL... Already been mentioned and covered many times in different fashions
HEARING... NOW THERE'S AN IDEA. I came up with this on the favourite competition thread. There should be a music or composition competition... hehe, that sounds cool on it's own... Composition competition... I'm writing that one down... ANYWAY, either people could transcribe it in powertab or such a program, export the MIDI, or just straight out record summit. I got loads of tunes just begging to be let loose...
So, what do you people think?!

How about an alteration competition to design a new version of the frontpage of the Habbo Catologue? :)
Edited By Aquae - When we do those competitions, we let the management decide if we need it or not :P
Hmmm
- Design a new habbo plant i think that would be funky
- It would be cool to do something related to the habbo shop like design a mobile phone habbo wall paper, or a habbo mobile game where you would give it a name then just design the characters and stuff.
:D

Christmas is a time for love and fun,
A time to reshape souls and roots and skies,
A time to give your heart to everyone
Freely, like a rich and lavish sun,
Like a burning star to those whose lonely sighs
Show need of such a time for love and fun.
For children first, whose pain is never done,
Whose bright white fire of anguish never dies,
It's time to give your heart to every one,
That not one angel fall, to hatred won
For lack of ears to listen to her cries,
Or arms to carry him towards love and fun,
Or friends to care what happens on the run
To adult life, where joy or sadness lies.
It's time to give your heart to everyone,
For God loves all, and turns His back on none,
Good or twisted, ignorant or wise.
Christmas is a time for love and fun,
A time to give your heart to everyone.

Pets and Their Situations!
(Please do note: The reason why there is a formal set-out, Terms and Condtions, etc, is NOT because this is an Official Competition run by Habbox or it's competitions staff. This is only how the competition would be viewed on the page and if Habbox should wish to use this competition; it will make it easier to copy and paste. The views and opinions stated in this post are not nessesarily the views and opinions of Habbox and it's staff.)
We all know what kind of awkward (and sometimes funny!) situations our Habbo pixel pets can get into; and this competition is for all you pet owners on Habbo. Take a screenie of your favourite pet moment that just comes up and post it on the forum using a free image hosting service like
Image Shack (http://www.imageshack.us/). Your favourite moment can be anything, from most hilarious to most awkward. Make a snappy post title too; as this is included in the judging. Don't forget include your Habbo(x) name in your post.
To enter this competition you must be a registered member of Habbox Forum.
Your entry should look like:
Habbox Name:
Habbo Name:
My Entry -
One entry per Habbo ONLY, and per PC. Any additional entries, and the original one, will be disqualified.
Terms and conditions: To prevent unfair competitions, we only allow one entry for each Habbox member and one pc. If more entries are sent using the same Habbox member and/or pc, all the entries will be withdrawn from the competition. You can send in your entry until the competition is closed at some time on the specified Habbox date (TBA). The winner will be announced in this forum and in this thread. They will be private messaged by Aquae to collect their prize. Habbox has the right to close the competition at any time before the competition ending date and the winner will be judged from all the entries received up to that point. Aquae will be judging the competition. Any harassment or attempted bribery will get you disqualified and could even get you into trouble on the Forum. ALL Habbox staff are excluded from participating in Competitions, unless Competition states they may. This includes all sites and departments that are involved with Habbox. Trialists may enter any competition whilst they are on trial. Any entries that break the forum rules in anyway will also be withdrawn. Prizes must be claimed within two months of the winner(s) being announced in the announcement forum. Unclaimed prizes will be used again in a future Competition or in any other Habbox competition event.
We don't want questions or comments, please. Do not under any circumstances post them! If you want to make a comment, please post it in the competition question/comments (http://www.habboxforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=607)forum or contact a Forum Moderator.
(Edit by 2hd.) This seems that it would not attract many entries, or one that could attract a lot of alted entries. I couldn't see it working.

Remember 2001? Habbo Club first came out? Remember Ione's Birthday in 2002? I am sure many thousands of Habbos out there don't. Chances are; there are only a very small handful who remember the old days of Habbo. In this competition we are looking for those who do remember. Sure, we can all say we remember when HC first came out and what happened on Ione's birthday. But this time it's your turn to write a convincing article that tells us smaller, finer details of what happened. Include some small facts about people you knew with original names, like "John", and what happened to them. What Moderating, scripting (no tutorials, please) and the website looked like. And just a few of the big events that we know a lot of us can recite off-hand. The most fufilling of all te above qualities will win the prize :)
To enter this competition you must be a registered member of Habbox Forum. It is also HIGHLY recommended that you were around when these events happened so you have a better chance of winning.

Edit by LewstherinII [Competitions Trialist Staff]: I think while some of these ideas are good, like a Habboised scene from a favourite movie, you need to build on them and others of your ideas. But keep it up nonetheless.
My idea is that people have to design a new game for habbo, explaining the rules and how it would be played. The prize would be the game being used by habbox and a rare or two. The game must be possible to make and it must be original... :)
Edited By Aquae - A game competitions has already been made. We cannot make games on habbox as it is not up to this department.

Here are some ideas.
Clothes:
- Make a poor habbo: Design your own habbo outfit but he has to look poor. You can rip his clothes, or maybe some dirt on his face and clothes. Or maybe he has a cup in his hand and is begging for money.
Might have been done before, not sure.
- Habbo Middle Ages: Design your own habbo costume out of the middle ages, this can be a guard, knight, king or even a peasent, it's all up to you. :)
Rooms/furniture:
- Habbo tables: Do you also think those tables on habbo are a bit regular and boring? This is your chance to design a complete new table, it can be any shape and any size, you set the rules. :)
- Habbo Catalogue: Do you also think the habbo catalogue needs a new look? This is your chance to change the catalogue to a new and fresher catalogue. You can make it like a book so you have to click on page to get to a different section, or like a slideshow, just let your imagination go.

Here are some ideas:
- Bring back room with a view. Why? Because it rocked and always had lots of entries, also make the prize this: 1 month VIP, your room posted on habbox for a limited time (can't remember where it was posted) and 30 credits worth of furni out of the donation room chosen by competition staff.
This competitions was held once per month.
- Dr. Habbo: Write your own story about how you or somebody else takes tries to take over habbo, this can be a reall person or somebody you made up. The person doesn't have to succeed in taking over, it's all up to you. The story must be at least 500 words long and maximum 1500 words (you can change the ammounts ofcourse). Just tell what the person does, who is involved, etc etc.
- Public stunting: On habbo we only got some facilities to use as a game (diving, wobble squable, etc), but how about a new facility where you can perform tricks just like diving. You can describe what you can do, how much time you got and what you use. Ofcourse you need to buy a ticket to use the facility. You could describe a BMX court and tricks, or maybe skateboard tricks, it's all up to you. ;)
A habbo style chess set. You'd have to have images of the chess pieces, eg king , queen etc but habbo style :)

We all know we have a Habbo Council...even if they INSIST they do something but actually don't really appear to do much. (I'd LOVE to say "*cough* Staff pets *cough* but I know I can't, so edit the brackets out, please 2hd, if you want this competition). Put yourself in the shoes of the HM and design your own Habbo Council. Now, the members in this Council isn't really important. We only need to know who's in it so we can see how many are in the Council, and if they're popular, well-known, etc or not. (Please Note: It does NOT matter under ANY circumstances if the members chosen are well known). Your task is to tell us what powers YOUR Habbo Council does. Are they made into Super-Moderators on Habbo that can change the catalog and create furni? Or are they advice-givers in the newsie? YOU tell us :)
Your entry needs:
-Creativity - Make it so that we can see original thinking behind your ideas.
A degree of Possibility - Make the entry perhaps a little bit believable; as this makes the entry more exciting and creative. It is also a technique to draw the reader into a world that can be believed, not impossible.
-Grammer and Punctuation - What more needs to be said?
-Wit - Clever ideas
-an explanation on How are the Members Selected.
To enter this competition you must be a registered member of Habbox Forum.
Your entry should look like:

Habbo Name:

One entry per Habbo ONLY, and per PC. Any additional entries, and the original one, will be disqualified.
Terms and conditions: To prevent unfair competitions, we only allow one entry for each Habbox member and one pc. ALL Habbox staff are excluded from participating in Competitions, unless Competition states they may. This includes all sites and departments that are involved with Habbox. Maybe you could do like a place where people work at like in a classroom, beauty salon, restaurant, etc. -.-"

Through the many Easter's we've had, seasonal competitions/promotions have arisen from Habbo that may have drawn your attention. For this competition, we want you to design YOUR Easter surprise and competition. There are two parts. Part 1 is that in Habbo, you are asked to create a surprise for the users of the Hotel - it can be anything, though remember the recommended guidelines below. For Part 2 you must create an Easter Competition/Quest for Habbo Hotel. Tell us about it, and include the prizes too, as this is included in the judging :)

Make a few non-Habbo-related competitions...digital/traditional art that can be anything related, or something more relevant to the outside world. You could do poem and writing comps as well. These will be more interesting to competition judges as well. ;)

My second idea was to have a Christmas Trialathon... WITH A PARTER! If you are interested... please message me for more details
Edited By Aquae - it would be difficult to do a bingo and there is already a tournament running.this is ok :D

V9 has just come and gone; another top-secret release that powered scripting to almost an end, and gave Habbos more features than ever before. But what about another release? Creative writers - this is for you! What kind of features do you think it a V10 Release of Habbo would bring? You can make it as creative as you like! Also, after ten releases, it has been decided you should make a title for the V10 release, (i.e Version Habbo). Make a great title as this is included in the judging :)
Your entry needs:
-Creativity - Make it so that we can see original thinking behind your ideas.
A degree of Possibility - Make the entry perhaps a little bit believable; as this makes the entry more exciting and creative. It is also a technique to draw the reader into a world that can be believed. It would be very nice if in V10 we all turned into Moderators but sadly this would be too outrageous and perhaps a bit too unbelievable to be interesting.
-Grammer and Punctuation - Correct spelling, to make it easier to read.
-Wit - Clever ideas.
-Originality - Set your idea and entry so that it stands out from the other entries.
To enter this competition you must be a registered member of Habbox Forum.
Your entry should look like:

A Strange Occurance
Please do note: The reason why there is a formal set-out, Terms and Condtions, etc, is NOT because this is an Official Competition run by Habbox or it's competitions staff. This is only how the competition would be viewed on the page and if Habbox should wish to use this competition; it will make it easier to copy and paste. The views and opinions stated in this post are not nessesarily the views and opinions of Habbox and it's staff.)
A strange occurance is to happen at the UK Habbo Hotel. It has been decided that the Hallway shall branch off to another Hotel! Visitors from another virtual land would be able to come in, trade and chat. But if this doorway could only lead to one Hotel; where would it be - and why? For this competition, we want you to write a newspaper article with at least two visuals (You can upload pictures from your computer here. (http://imageshack.us)) The newspaper article is about the Occurance and which Hotel it is leading to. It is also to mention why, through the general asking of people as a newspaper tends to do, for example:
"I think they chose the Chinese Habbo because the CNY passed not so long ago," a Habbo-X said.
In summary, your article must have -
1) Named the Occurance, something catchy, as this will be judged.
2) Stated clearly which Hotel the Doorway is going to.
3) Mentioned the opinions of other Habbos (and yourself) as to WHY the UK Staff chose this Hotel.
Your entry needs:
-Plausability
-Grammer and Punctuation - Correct spelling, to make it easier to read.
-Wit - Clever ideas.
-Originality - Set your idea and entry so that it stands out from the other entries.
To enter this competition you must be a registered member of Habbox Forum.
Your entry should look like:
Habbox Name:
Habbo Name:
The Occurance's Name:
The Hotel you have chosen:

One entry per Habbo ONLY, and per PC. Any additional entries will disqualify you completely from the competition.

Creative story competitions usually can't be all over the place - there'd be no criteria for us to judge you on! So for this competition you are to design a script OR story that starts off with a setting and carries on from there. Every entry must copy and fill in the blanks, then use your imagination to create a prize-winning story. Remember, the story can be twisted any way - the characters in the start could be on any side!
The best, most original and creative entry will be the winner!
The Year is _____. Two masked and _______ agents watch from the outside of a company-branded building owned by __________, and inside, standing outside the shiney wooden door of an office, is a Habbo armed with a short staff and a ______ badge. A sense of mystery is in the air...

A competition to decide a new name for the Habbo Hotel newsie has come out - and the old "HabboHood Happenings" title is being dropped. This competition is a simple one; What would you name the new Habbo newsie and why? Your explanation must be within the limit of 25 words - and the most creative and inventive in the restricted word limit, with the best title will win! But that's not all. There will be three winners; Best Title, and Best Explanation, and Overall Winner. Each will win a small prize.

Famous habbo: A famous person comes to habb hotel and you are the one who has to make sure he/she has a good time. What would you do? Where would you take him/her? Describe in as much detail possible who would come to habbo hotel and what you would do to make he/she has the time of his/her life?

Royal quest: The king and queen of habbo are in need of help, your help. A thief has stolen 8 items out of the royal treasure chamber and you need to bring them back and catch the thief. You'll need to visit many rooms, including rooms that have never been entered before by anyone but the royal family, but in order to enter these rooms you need a password, you can get this password by visiting the rooms and investigating the room for clues, each room contains a clue that will lead you to another room and in the end, to the thief and the stolen items. Ofcourse you'll be awarded for your help, on your way you'll come across a room with 5 items, those items are yours to take if you compleet your mission. Have you got what it takes to bring back the stolen items and to catch the thief? Then go to the royal dining-room for your first clue.
Needed:
- A lot of rooms, decorated with items making it look like royalty lives there.
e.g.
- Royal Bathroom
- Royal Bedroom
- Royal Dining-room
- Treasure chamber
- Throne room
- Thiefs house
- Reward room
- A prize
- Maybe a new habbo with a name that matches the quest. (to play thief, king or queen)
That's my idea, hope you like it. :)
Edited by Re101 (Head of Quests) - I really like this idea. I may use this as the next quest, although habbo did one very similair.

Cartoons: Make a habbo version of a cartoon of your choice. (or give them the asignment to make one from disney, looney tunes or some other cartoon)
Wild wild west: Create a scene or a piece of furniture that has to do with the wild west. :)
More coming later.

Seeing as so many people are making 2x bigger things maybe you could do a competition where you have to make big furni/habbos/rooms ect.
Edit by LewstherinII (Competitions Trialist Staff): I can see where you're coming from with this idea, but similar things have been done before. Perhaps you could post a more detailed example, or a structured competition?

You think you can write stories? Then you can surely make a short story with these 10 words:
- Habbo - alone
- whistle - lobster
- splash - lights
- explosion - police
- party - weird
You can write anything you want as long as your story contains those 10 words, you cannot alter the words in any way (so you can't turn lights into light and that kind of things). Please make sure we can see you used the words, you can give them a colour or underline them, as long as we can see them. You story should not be longer than 500 words and not shorter than 200 words or break any of the forum rules.
Could also be a poem with an ammount of words. :)
Edited by Lynn(Comp Staff) - I love that idea, im gonna use it :D

Competition idea: If you were in habbo...
Just imagine you've somehow got into the habbo world as a real habbo. Now all that pixel furniture you bought is now really important, because your room is your real room, and you are a real pixel. However, you are of course now new to habbo, and you have a new account. You have been given a 35 credit voucher to do what you like with, but after that you;ll have to trade and be clever to get more stuff. Write a short story about your experiences in habbo hotel. Try to make it under about 500 words, and you may like to consider lots of things, like,
What happens if you get scammed?
Does ice cream from an ice cream maker taste nicer than from a fridge?
What is your job like?
Do you get a pet?
Do you manage to get out?
Do you WANT to get out?
In this competition were looking for creativity, ideas, and your writing skills. Remember to use standard English and not break any of the forum rules.
Edit by LewstherinII [Competitions Trialist Staff]: I see great potential here - this competition is quite creative in itself. You don't have to include the Standard English part unless you're doing a more formal, copy-and-paste for the Staff. Good work, keep it up!

A Couple Competitions i thought of..
.. A Competition where you design your favorite type of cellular phone, but this would be a non habbo related alteration.
.. Design the shoes your wearing onto a habbo.
.. Design a full range of furniture from a phrase, such as "Astro Mania" or "Pyramids of Giza"
All for Now <3
Edit by LewstherinII [Competitions Trialist Staff]: This is a great set of ideas, especially the Phrase one - which I think is original and inventive. Keep up the good work!
Edited by Lynn(Comp Staff) - We have already done the shoe one, and the phone one. I like the historical monuments thing though.

i think it would be good to something simple... why is everyone using such complex ideas? be realistic...
IDEA:
"New habbo faces"
"new furni"
(these can become more complex obviously)
"What could the habbo catalogue look like? show us how you think it should look."
(this one is my fav)
Edit by LewstherinII [Competitions Trialist Staff]: I think New Furniture has been done before, however I can see great potential in some of the ideas - especially the catalog one.

Right , you have to Write a horror story From start to beginning , but only in 500 Words , the maximum is 500 words, it can be about almost anything , but it has to end up in 500 Words only.
Edited by Lynn(Comp Staff) - It may be used. But about that 500 word thing, it would be hard, and it could be over the limit easily.

Why bother? It is evident that 2hd. did not think I did a good enough job to continue to work.
Or maybe it was that 11 Competition Ideas were not enough? Maybe it was because I put more work in Competition Ideas that he'd do in a month?
I'm apologizing for my 'out-of-line' *cough* having an opinon behaviour. But I will not apologize to THAT STAFF MEMBER.

Alt an image of a Habbo with the Kick and Ask to be a Friend Button underneath, and add a new function. Explain how this function will work. Remember it must be available to all Habbos and the alt must look like a screenshot.
Idea 48 - A New Bot
Make a new Bot (with hairstyles and clothes that cannot usually be worn) and write 5 sayings they should have, as well as two secrets.
Idea 49 - Hotel on Fire
Create a pixelized version of the Hotel on fire. The most inventive will win (.ie not just a hill of fire with nothing else on it).
Idea 50 - New Console
Design a new console, and describe its features. Create an alt of this. You might want a different colour scheme than yellow.
Edited by Lynn(Comp Staff) - Idea 46 has been done. I like the new function one though.

On paint you draw a load of squares all interlocked n da idea is to see if you can get da right amount of squares or rectangles because each time one interlocks it makes a new square
Edited by micky.blue.eyes (comp staff trialist): I don't understand what you mean, can you maybe post a picture and explain it in more detail, how do you win and what do you have to do exactly.

I'm liking the non-Habbo related art comp (Looking into a Mirror) atm, and I think you should do more like it. ^^ Why not try a picture version of 'Make me Laugh'? People have to design a cartoon. ;) You could also try a comic competition? Or a rhyming poem competition? Or a competition to design the perfect real life T-shirt motif? Or, ask people to post some lyrics and illustrate them. Or a passage from a book could be chosen by comp staff (I don't recommend competition staff choosing lyrics to illustrate as people have very different music tastes and there is no doubt likely to be some argy bargy there) and competitors could be asked to illustrate it. So many possibilities!

Well, a Themed quest. With various theme rooms. Such as Fool's lovely town room. and have like;
Windy Hill
Volcanic Mountain
Dusty Road
Spooky Street
Above the Clouds
Ect...
Each with some clue in the theme to get to the next room.
Or a quest with a twist so there can only be ONE winner. Set up lots of rooms, ones with clues in/rest rooms to get to the next. But the other rooms with rights in so people would be kicking everyone garenteed only one winner. But I'll have to put more thinking into that.

Competition idea: room adverts
You've just started up a new room on habbo, and obviosly want to publicise it so that people come. You've got somewhere to advertise, but need to write an advert, saying why people should come to your room, what things there are that no other rooms have and any other information you may want to include such as, when you're going to be in that room, whether you can purchase rites, or what things will be happening. Why nt see if you can think of a completely new room idea? You don't need to be able to create the room in real life (or real habbo) because of shortage of credits, but ideally it could be made if you ahd an unlimited stock of all the hotels normals, rares and super rares. Try and make your idea as imaginitive and proffessional sounding as possible, maybe by including some pictures?

Wow not many posting ideas here
From memory it's always good to get fresh ideas, so I thought I would recommend a good competition that I'm sure will be successful.
A written competition that's easy yet challenging. So here is the plot ;)
You are summoned to a room and told by a MOD that this is your last and final visit to the hotel, you are also told that should you choose to leave the room you shall never return. Its' not all bad ;) The MOD then says you can invite 4-6 friends to spend your final hours in the hotel. They can only spend 4 hours in the room with you. Who would you choose? Just as important why would you choose them?
I will happily donate a throne sofa should this competition go ahead :)

Heres a few that popped into my head.
- Create types clocks, such as grandfather clocks, chime clocks, and sueartra clocks.
- Make an acting stage scene.
- Create your musical instrument.
- Since habbo has nothing to clean your room with, maybe design things such as feather dusters, vaccums, brroms, and mops.
- Make your habbo keep cool during the summer with air conditioners, fans, and ventilation systems.
(:
Edited by Lynn - Nice ideas, I will definatly use them.

Ok, sorry if this has been done before but..
Creat a new type on thing that habbos can hold, and a dispencer if it has one, and how they use/drink it eg. press a button on the keyboard or the screen or just do it automatically (like and icecream or drink)
These could be items or things like the Habbo Cola machine or ICM.

Make a competition thats like pod racing but the oposite. You need a dice, prize, 6 categories 6 pods, furni and a room. You number the categories 1 - 6 roll the dice. Which ever number the dice lands on is the category. The next bit can be done in 2 ways.
1) Number the players 1 - 6 and roll dice which number it lands on will be asked a question in that category. They move forward if they get it correct if not they stay there.
2) Ask a question and the first person to wave gets asked the answer. If it's correct they move forward if it's not they stay the same
- The first habbo to the end wins a prize.
JoeyK. - We appriciate your idea, but most competitions are run through the forum. This sort of thing is more often done by the Events department ;)

Winners will be judged on best use of furniture, colours, room styles.

my comp would be sommet like a quest were u all start in this 1 room with 6 teles in it.
than u say go and they go in them and they all lead to the same room which has a sticky on the wall.
the sticky has a puzzle on it about a well known guest room an u go there get the first letter of a word and read the next riddle. the winner is the person hu gets all the words unscrambels them and
makes it bake 2 the start room which now has a password on it and the password is that unscrambled word :D

Okay this competition is to find a picture of 2hd. (photo on habbo) you will have to travel through rooms get the passwords to them by looking around the starting room for a stickie in a well hidden place it will say a room name and a name you have to search and a code(password to room) and then so on and so forth
I will explain and list items needed :
Stickies
Posters
Furni
Camera with film
A photo of 2hd.

This is my idea for a competition, you have to write a short story, no more than 2 paragraphs, using names of staff.
The story must make sense, the funniest and cleverest story will win a prize. Every staff name you use must be put in bold.
Here is an example:
Many people have said that i should Move-Along, but I ask why. I Re-Call that when i looked at PriceTags In shops, I went ---Mad---! People said i was The-Quiet-One, but for Christ's Sake, I can't Juggle a job and a car, like my GoldenMerc! Just ChillOutRich! people would tell me, just sit under a nice YellowParasol, with all this stress you'll soon be visiting an -:undertaker:-! Maybe i'll have Just-One Glass of Jin today...
Rules: You are allowed you use a name more than ones, the word you mean does not have to be spelt, for example I have used the word Jin, meaning the drink Gin. The story does not have to be logical, but has to make sense :D
Ben.
Competition:- If you had a 1 wish what would it be.
In this competition you have to write what your one wish would be and how you would live it. Try make your one wish unusual and/or impossible.
Most best wishes are those that are unreal - trying adding un-realisic dreamy things into your wish.
I feel this would be a great competition it will get people thinking, and would be alot of fun to tell people about your wish!
I'll post some more when they come to mind.

MS Paint the staff - in a 300x300 MS Paint box, you must draw one of the Habbox staff members, using no outside pictures - just the tools provided.
For extra spice, why not run a similar one for Staff to enter, drawing themselves, then compare the final pictures?
Yes... I had spare time.

If you have any competition ideas that are not stories, poems, alterations or animations please post below.

My idea involves pets.
Its called ''Howler or growler!'' and basically, you have to guess if the next noise the pet will make is a Hoowll.. or growl! The competition manager will decide what counts as a howl or growl etc, and also, how to deal with p2s's 'n things.
^-^ If habbox won't do it, I will!

You are looking for the events orgainizers. We do competitions on the forum. The events organizers deal with events on Habbo.

Hmm... Post a few threads around the forum and member's of the forum have to find the threads and in the threads there will be a hint that its part of the event like
Welldone on finding a piece of the puzzle!
Once you found them all you post them on the competition thread, then the person who posted the competition will pick someone randomly and +rep them saying welldone etc etc and PM Them and THEN give a prize of there choice?

i wish to run a compotition where 1 lucky person will win personal dj'ing lessons from me ( i want to get habbox/ habboxlive listeners involved with the site/s) and maybe a small habbo furniture prize, but remeber i wish this to be my compotiton so i may pick the winner beacuse i don't want to pick the sort of person who has no real intention on becoming a dj on any site and have to teach them and it be a waste of time. so please consider my idea, i hope you like it. i will discuss the question and requirements later on. pm if youwould like to use my idea
thanks,

Usually people tend to want furniture as a prize if they're going to spend the time entering. A nice suggestion though...

I think we will not do that one. We only give out furni prizes, becasue that person if he/she wins might not have a mic. so ideal decline

Technically, if you did a Member's Competition, you could offer a prize such as;
(Random furni worth 25 or more credits), and the chance for personal DJ lessons if you choose to take them.
ie, you could offer the lessons as a bonus, but you would still have to have a furni prize of at least 25 credits (habbox values).
Okay ive had a competition Idea:
Design a Habbo Game:
Entrants have to design a game which could be made on Habbo in one of the small rooms. (not 418 size etc) They have to explain the rules , how it will be built and it has to use at least 2 people. The winner of the competition gets a rare and there Game Room idea will be used for a Habbox Event - or at least it will be made
That is my idea..
I think its a good idea... But what do YOU think?

Actually, you could do this via a Member's Competition & wouldn't be breaking any rules at all. Take a look HERE (http://habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=76827) if you're interested :)

Not the kind of thing the Competitions department would do ;)

When we look for Competitions ideas, we're looking for things a bit more specific than "Who has the best ..." or "Who's the best Habbo?" We try to go for ideas that will give all members a fair chance, and require creativity or the use of your brains ;)
Thanks for the ideas though, and please be sure to let us know if you have any more :)

I have a very good idea !
we do a competition as like " who wants to be a millionaire "
u have 12 questions u ask us them.
we answer
then like every question u answer = 1hc
But! if u get all 12 questions right u get 1 throne

That's really not something we would do ;)
