So whats the cheapest way to raise cons to get the a point where i can make a gilded :]

Long time ago friend told me to keep taking apart chairs and redoing em
how do i do that and is that good?

Normal chairs are okay suppose.
Just click on the hotspot for the chair, click build.
Remove then build, repeat.
