vb forum skin problem

Hey iv installed a skin onto the vbulletin forum butthe images doesn't show its just the skin colour etc..

I put the skin images in the images folder..

Why don't it work?

then it said if you don't have a styles folder create one so i did and put them in there and it still don't work, rep for help

Are you sure you have put in the styles box url(images/buttons/green.gif) if you are using a image?

Check the locations and file names of all your images in corrospondance with your style.

Right it's kind hard to fix your problems especially when we dont know exactly where youve uploaded the files...

Say you've uploaded the buttons folder to http://yoursite.com/forum/images/styles/style/buttons

only put "images/styles/style/buttons"


I hope this helps, i know whar you mean but a si say, its hard to tglel you exactly what to put in when we dont know the spesific URL where you uploaded your image folders :-)

Where would i go to edit that ?

Admin Panel - Styles - Edit StyleVars.

If you scroll down theres some links you can replace
So:


Eg, for buttons you would put.. images/styles/buttons (if the button images are in the button folder) and so on, if you get me :P

Yeah thanks i done it, the problem was i must of named the folder with a capital and on vbulletin admin cp its not a capital lol, thanks.
