you could sell d med buy a warrior helm (if u done fremmy trials quest)
or sell the d legs n buy rune legs.....

Tbh tho ur only 10 lvls lower then me n my total is 400 more then yours

Get 1 more prayer level.
And get 10 more levels in fletching (lvl 70)
