Callie is still named as the hotel manager on the official emails going out to parents. I don't know if it's the same as other emails but a bit weird considering shes been banned.

I think this would pose a problem for parents, trying to contact a person that no longer exists in this position at sulake. Comments and Criticism below :)

these are automatic emails which were wrote for the help tool and many other things by that person. although the manager has changed. they obviously haven't been bothered to change what previous managers have done.
