I will get you a script for what you need, in about 5 - 15 minutes.

All we really need is around £6 - £10 so about £3 - £5 Per Job.

Lot's of searches in google or most search engines for that matter come up witha lot of junk they don't want.
Google for instance when i searched for Free IP Blocking Polls, it came up with a lot of junk that costed money, also it came up with alot of useless forums, with alot of useless threads.
