Mixin programs?

Does anyone know of any really good mixin programs, they dont have to be free they can be the ones you pay for aswell, im just curious to know if anyone has ever had any luck mixin songs with a good mixer.
Also anyone know where you can get them little tracks to mix?

Cubase, we use it for GCSE music and it's pretty good, but you need a midi keyboard I think.
