99 Cons Goal

Well i always wanted a 99 skill and i know i chose the most expensive but i will support my goal with money i make from running nats i figure one day ill run nats then sell for cons money then work on cons and then repete.
Im going to need tips im almost 33
Im not going to buy/make my own Oak planks due to they are a pain

You could spend 52million getting a few levels up to 99, like fletching, runecrafting laws, crafting, cooking. Some of them you make money back from, so i don't quite get it?

You could of good 99 fletch + cook by the time you run 170k nats.
