My misc rares report.
Red: dropping
Green: same as habbox price
Blue: rising

Gold pod: DROPPING!

5HCs - once
Gold pod is not very popular atm and no one thinks it is necessary to pay a few hcs just for a pod! I predict that these will drop in the future to about 3-4HCs soon!

Dark blue pod: DROPPING!

6HCs - twice
Dark blue pods seem to be more wanted than gold pods, just like the gold pod i predict that these are on a drop!

Bear rug set: STAYING AT 1.5!
1.5HC - once
These are rarely traded and i've rarely ever seen these in the hotel, demand for these bear rugs are low but the low amount of these on the hotel is keeping them at a stable price!

Chinese sofa: Stable price!
0.25 (4 per hc) - twice
0.33 (3 per hc) - once
It's very hard to tell wheather these will drop or raise, chinese sofas are usually used to make theme rooms, but are terrible to use in casinos because people will think that it makes them look "cheap". I would say that the price will always vary from 0.25-0.33 depending on the buyer.

Traffic light: Stable at 1.5!
0.5 - 6 times
As a new rare, the price has just been stable, although these has been released in the catalogue for several days, we don't seem to see a lot of these traded around. If you get your hand on someone with these chances are that they will only let go at a price of 0.5 and no less! Unless these get released again or the recolouring of these appear in the catalogue i see no chances of these dropping atm! Only a slight rise may occur! but i doubt it

Just like the traffic light, unless the recolouring of these appear I don't think that these will drop! I'd say that the price is stable atm!
