CSS Editable. - DONE

Request System: - DONE
Types: Competition (1), Complaint (2), Shoutout (3), Request Song(4), Advertise Site(5). - DONE

Things I havent included and why:
Timetable - I dont have a layout for it, and cba coding the actual submit.
DJ Profiles - Coming in v.1.2

Ok, I need all BETA testers to contact me, as I will send you link for BETA testing, then I might release it for public testing.
