Ok, i want to make a website but have no idea of how to make one, i dont want to buy one off anyone i was just wondering if anyone wanted to go half and half moneywise in making a fansite you will need to know a lot about html and stuff and have decent layers.

Learn how to make one yourself..
Look on HTML tutorials and start up a FREE hosted website then once you
have became a master buy some hosting and a domain and get fired into the fansite business. :P
