if your p2p do slayer tasks raise 2 skills at once but while slaying use a d scimmy unless the slayer monster needs special item to kill.

if your p2p and just want to raise strength asap pest control.

pest control is fastest exp in game imo but black demons are another option if you have full dharocks super sets + pray pots lol
