Well isn’t someone providing **** for people under the age of 18 just as bad? Maybe you should report them too?

Well there is a BIG difference, in showing ****, or those underage in "sexual" circumstances, since the posting **** isnt actually illegal, just against the forum rules and a very bann-able offense, the other is actually quite major criminal act.

Im not a 100% sure on the laws surrounding exposing minors to indecent content, but i would guess its alot like the film/video games rating, where it is not actually compulsory to follow it, and hence not a crime, simply objectionable, and chances are would be boycotted if continued, the disclames built in to forums would ward of any legal risks form that type of spam, and its not even close in servety as the posting under 18s which could be classed as hosting peodfilic images

The announcement I posted in the Spam forum was very much just a deterent to stop people doing that again. It's much harder to stop people spamming the forum with sexual images.

If there was a user who was PMing under-18s with links to **** sites, then they would be perm banned and if they were over 18 they would reported to their ISP and the Police.

lmao.. i got ip banned for making alts and this person only gets a perm ban for spamming the forum with ****, hes started again
