If this isn't news what is?

This is why I love this forum, you find out tiny little things like that, not just rare releases which every fansite finds, but things like this.

Of course it's news, what else is it?

Something that someone has taken a screenie of because they had thought that something had changed?

This is news to me, and ignore all the people that say it isn't. You only need to post proof if it's a rumour, so until someone posts a screenie from a week before or something and it hasn't changed, or proves this is fake, it's a valid thread.

Regardless of if it's news or not (It is, by the way) it's pretty interesting, I wonder why they did it. ;)

It's not news.

Let's put this into perspective.

You don't tune into the BBC news, and see this:

BREAKING NEWS: TONY BLAIR CHANGES POSTER IN BEDROOM
or
BREAKING NEWS: WORLD WAR II ENDED 90 YEARS AGO

What HxF now class as news, is ridiculous.

news /nuz, nyuz/ [nooz, nyooz]
–noun (usually used with a singular verb)
1. a report of a recent event; intelligence; information: His family has had no news of his whereabouts for months.
2. the presentation of a report on recent or new events in a newspaper or other periodical or on radio or television.
3. such reports taken collectively; information reported: There's good news tonight.
4. a person, thing, or event considered as a choice subject for journalistic treatment; newsworthy material.

So, anything that changes, EVEN SLIGHTLY in Habbo is classed as News?

Fair enough.

ReviewDude
07-01-2007, 04:03 PM
Anything classed as significant. And you know who classes it? You guys, and this is important, in the form of post reports. If you think something isn't news, report it and say why. If it's been posted before, include a link.

If you post something isn't news, there's a 100% chance none of the Moderators will pay attention.

But, final descision comes down to us.

So if Lost_Witness changes his hair can I post that?

That's significant and it's news.
