QPR 2-2 Luton Town
Pitch was awful! Rain was awful! Game was half-decent. ;) Typically dreadful conditions for a 3rd round tie but it was another classic :p Cooky wasn't as dominant on the left wing as he has been in recent weeks. He was well looked after by the Luton defence. Wonderful inswinging corner from Cook for Blackstock to head in and put us 1-0 up. A lovely bit of play from Luton and Rowan Vine equalised for the pikeys not long before h/t. And not long after the interval, terrible communication between Royce and Stewart(?), I think it was an inswinging Brkovic cross not taken care of and Warren Feeney took advantage to put 'em 2-1 up. Langley had a great game today on his return to Loftus Road but boos echoed round the ground when he had possesion. :P Anywho, Ray Jones injured, subbed off for Furlong (who's about 73 now). Ward and Lomas off for Baidoo and Bircham. And it was Baidoo (or should I say Maradona) who punched the ball in from a really scrappy tussle inside the 6 yard box. Cue appeals from all 11 Luton players. Entertaining game but it looks like we're returning back to the dump of Kenilworth Road sooner than we planned, for the replay! :(
Chant of the day: Wem-ber-ley, Wem-ber-ley, we're the famous Queens Park Rangers and we're gonna Wem-ber-ley (we should be so lucky )

Norwich 4-1 Tamworth :]As expected, a routine win for the Canaries. I see Earnie didn't get any, though. :o Dion's still got it - scored twice against us this season and twice today! I heard on the radio that their goal was the best of the lot, though :P

Replay Back At Kenilworth Road Now In 10 Days Time :DI've already visited Kenilworth this season, wasn't a very pleasurable experience with the high police presence and the area itself, I must say! But heck, we got the 3-2 win and if the replay comes close to that entertainment, it should be a cracker. I don't think I'll be able to make it to the replay, what with it being a school night 'n all but I hope the other R's fans make their presence known and we come away with a place in the next round! St andrews was wet and the pitch was "cut up" we was lucky i suppose but the magpies had injured 2 of our players :( and we had a centre back sent off we was all over them to start with but after resigning to 10 men we went downhill although overall from what i heard on radio it was a classic

It Will Be Another Good Game Between Luton And Qpr, Bit Of Rivalry To Go With It, Kenilworth Is Always Full Of Police Because Of The Reputation Our Fans Have Made For ThemselvesYeah, there are a lot of Luton based R's fans too so there's always gonna be a bit of banter. It's not nice when violence is brought into it though, here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DNL6VlA3hnQ)'s a video of a run in between QPR and Luton fans at St. Pancras station in the 80s. Glad it's not like that anymore!

Trouble Is Though Are Club Is Famous For All The Wrong Reasons Lol, I Think We'll Turn You Over At Kenilworth Road But Hey Ya Never KnowYeahh, I don't expect us to win that one tbh, another early exit from the FA Cup. I'll have you know, the last team we actually beat in the FA Cup was Luton back in 2001! We were a league above you at that time; home advantage will work your way in the replay though, unfortunately! But it's the magical cup, so you never know...;)

Although I don't approve of violence at football, it was funny to see the bottles being thrown and then the Argyle player giving it all the mouth, as if to threaten your supporters. Sorry but what's he gonna do against 5,000 P'boro fans? Hope you win the replay :]

I'm sure most of us have seen the highlights, Milto. This thread's for posting your team's results and thoughts on the game, not every single result from the first round through to the third... :eusa_eh:
Anyway, I think the league is the priority in most cases. I'd much rather see us survive (if it means finishing 21st, so be it), than getting to Wembley and having to face the likes of MK Dons next season...

luton 1-1 qpr
god knows who will win the shootout.Knowing us, United or Arsenal will come out in the hat and we'll lose at the Kennel. If the 4th round is Palace at Selhurst or anyone else in our league for that matter, I'll be happy if you win.

Only reason we was like that was because the penalty shouldnt have been re-taken even Holloway thought that aswel. We have a good chance of winning the replay ;)

We have a good chance of winning the replay ;)Yeah, I think it was the fact that your fans gave him so much stick after he missed it and when he re-took it, shut the P'boro fans up and made the most of it. What an idiot though, and what an unprofessional thing to do. I sincerely hope you win the replay and the fella scores an og. Trips down to Home Park are never easy, though. Long journey but it might be worth it! :8

Tamworth 1-4 Norwich
To begin with I thought we might be in trouble, they had about 3 chances in the first 10 minutes. After we scored 2 quick goals before half time it was a forgone conclusion who was going to win.

Wolves 2-2 Oldham ;l 2-1 up with 18 minutes to go and they scored, would of meant we would be in the 4th round for the 5th straight year I think it is. Olifinjana played quite well, scored aswell I think.
All in all I think we should win the replay - but you never know with Wolves :s :P
