Its a casino, just becuase it is not filled with rares doesnt make it not obvious. Imo its a great room with stacking, that actually looks good becuase he isnt using rares to make it look good :) 9/10

It is ment to look like complicated but it is actually easy to move around.

You can get up into the room with the mats.

And if you look closly you can see stools on the right of the booths to get in.

It is not a casino for the pop list.

It is for if someone wants to bet a friend or something, they can just go in there and use it for free.
