its using a portal http://www.vbadvanced.com/ . a bit like ipb's mkportal. Athogh i have to admit, the skin is exilent. nice work

worked it out :P Its a really nice skin but some of the content is abit muddled and you seem to not have a direction but seems to be great and some nice winamp downloads!
