applications opened ages ago.

but sometimes if they need one or two, or a handful, they offer the job to people who would be best suited.

Yeh, they only opened at the start of December so it'll be mid/late-feb or a bit later I reckon.

They open when around 5 or more Moderators are needed around the forums. They are open to anyone aslong as you meet the criteria stated in the post. When they open the post will always be posted in the Announcements forum. If only 1 or 2 Moderators are needed then Moderators will be selected from the Reccomendations thread in the Moderators forum.
