I have no idea how to do it..
And when I got the outline it allready looked very bad so I didnt refine it... do you have suggestions on how to create a clock?

Then why did you attempt it? Read some tutorials.

I actually did it with help of some tutorials, and I know all tutorials about isometric pixel art on the internet I can find...
