But i want to know will it be the same as you get with steam.

Will i be able to play online with steam users?

Pretty dumb question i know, but i have no idea :(

You can register you're games on steam, just get an account (free of charage) and register it on there and wala you can play steam players ^.^

you will need to update CS:S after you get a steam account :)
Steam does this automatically though :)
