What Monitor Settings/Screen Resolutions Do You Use?

Just wondering what screen brightness and resolution/settings you lot use as my screen is a little too dark I feel. I want to change it to the 'default' but can't find out what the settings are. (This affects my recolouring work too.) Any help would be great! :D

We've got our wires crossed. I'm mainly on about the colour settings and brightness setings. All my RGB settings are at 63??
