Non Habbo Site Layout Needed

I need a non-habbo site layout for the Air Training Corps Squadron that I am in.

No specific design wanted, just something that is easy on the eyes and looks professional.

It depends on how much flash is used. Small basic things are ok, but nothing dramatic.
