Yeh its fun training agility while high alching too in the agility arena, its fun going in a world where theres some ppl training agility too...

Cakes are good food, while strawberry baskets are the best... its best keeping a low amount of hp as it does less damage but lobs will do?

Wear the best prayer bonuses as possible... you could use the rapid heal I think so if your agility been stunned down lvls use this to rapidly restore it back to normal... thanks
