Need some help :(

Well on my cheek i have like a kind of mole thing. It dosnt stick out hugely but it does stick out a bit. Iv'e had it since i was in year 7 and im in year 9 now. Iv'e tryed to stratch it out twice in year 8. It left and then cam back again. Is it a mole? Is it starting to become a mole? +rep for adive <3

I am sure I heard somewhere that you shouldn't scratch at a mole... It becomes cancerous...
