:D Well from my experience i think you are going to be a fat *Text Removed* all your life! You will never lose weight, you want to know why? Because your fat *** is stuck playing Habbo and if you do not get over it, and stop spending your time on Habbo and start spending it doing something different, You Will Be Fat For Ever!

Thats words coming from a fat person.
Listen mate, im trying to help you ok. Please, dont take advise from people on habbox forum, because they dont care. Do you have an older brother or sister? Why dont you talk to them about your problem?! Listen, take your families advise, not people here. If you want my advise, i told you to quit focussing on this game because in the end, you get nothing out of it but being an obese teenager and eventually an obese adult. And then you will blame yourself for not taking peoples advise on quitting this game or not een having the guts to tell your own family. Amen brother.

P.S: I ate another cream cake.

By the sounds of it I think 8 stone is a bit extreme for your age height & gender and if you eat healthily and excercise you'll lose weight but don't go overboard

Ive been dieting for some time, so I thought Id share my day to day life with you, and it works!

Breakfast - Bran flakes - Small bowl

Lunch - Wholemeal bread - Meat ( White meats better ) Salad sanwhich...

Tea - Salad, if you want somthing more filling, try wholemeal pasta with tomatoe sauce.

And exercise is the key, I do 100 sit ups, 50 press ups and 50 crunches a day...but Ive been doing this for a year, dont do loads to start with or you will be in pain..

Goodluck dude.

Just eat what you normally do (within Reason), but cut out the horrible stuff. Pleanty of exerscise and CUT OUT SNACKS!

When I was 11, I weighed an atroucious 14 Stone 3 Lbs. I saw myself on TV, and decided I needed to change. Two years Later, I have lost 4 stone and I am still losing.

Remember - it isn't a diet you need, it's a lifestyle change.

I'd eat some more at school, its really not healthy to try and last the whole day with nothing.

I aint a diet expert, but I've seen relatives go in and out of diets like they're about to cost money.

BREAKFAST
Try eating smaller breakfasts without starving yourself. Things like Bran Flakes as mentioned gives you your nessesary breakfast food. If you take that with a bit of Water, you'll have a good breakfast on your hands.

Lunch
If you have a homemade baguette or sarnie with some white meat/chicken, low-fat mayo and some salad, you'll have a Lunch which can give you a bit of what you need. If you take this down with something luxury like a SlimFast milkshake (to treat yourself) you'll have a decent lunch with a luxury that WILL improve your body weight. It's proven to. And prehaps take with an item of fruit.

Mid-Afternoon Snack
I'm sure many people have these, Tea Break, or you get home from school. You swipe a nibble of something. Well if you made that nibble an item of fruit and some fruit juice, you'll be getting your second and third portions of fruit, and fruit is good for the body. But watch what you buy from supermarkets, as they can have alot of addatives. Try looking out for things like Princess pure juices.

Dinner
Your dinner is an important meal. Something like homemade Soup is rumoured to be good for you. Include it with a drink of water. But when all placed with small amounts of fish, baby potatoes and a sarnie on the side, you'll have a fairly good diet.

Obviously you wouldn't want the same dinner-meal every day, but unfortunately I have no other options for that. This diet above has been tried by one of my relatives and has helped her. Your getting some of your 5 a day on fruits, drinking some water, and getting some of the things you need from the Food pyramid.

Happy Dieting! And Good Luck!

Whoever said 11 stone at 164cm was healthy, is wrong...

I'm 11.5 stone, 14 and im around 187cm (5ft 11), that's a healthy weight for height.

I suggest you do lots of exercise, maybe go cycling? I go cycling round the local park every weekend, but dont bother rushing it or you'll be really out of breath straight away, so maintain at a steady pace. Hope this helped :]

Im a diabetic so i have to watch what i eat and im not fat but as my sister says im "chubby". So ill get to the point: What i normally have for a day is:
Breakfast:
I have some Cerial and some juice

Lunch:
I have a sandwich(lo glicemic index) with anything diet in it and some fruit or some yogourht

Dinner:
Pasta or soup or meat(with no fat), with small things on the side like salad or some potatoes or something.

Supper:
Some milk, or a peice of toast

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

So i hope that helps you. All the best

variate what you eat, small and often, but exercise.
eating less isn't exactly doing much good, if you work out alot more than you do now, then all that "fat" will turn into muscle, etc. but start slowly with exercises, because if you jump straight into lots of it; you'll injure yourself.

also - carbohydrate and protein on your plate. Clench your fist, how big is it? The is the size portion of carbohydrate (pasta, potato, rice) and protein (red meat, egg, cheese) you should have. Fill up on fruit, veg and salad.

Eat as much fish as is humanly possible. Make sure you also have some oily fish, for Omega 3 :)

Unless you have medical problems the easy way to loose weight is to burn more calories then you're eating. That doesn't mean don't eat anything, as then even though you may loose weight you will become healthy.

It means eat the recommended limit (around 2000 calories for women, 2500 for men, although you're only 13) and then burn off more than that, through swimming, walking, running or any other sport. If you take in 1500 calories and then burn 2000 then it's common sense that over time you'll loose weight.

If you take in 300 calories (i.e. don't eat anything) and burn off 20, then even though you're not eating alot you're still gonner be putting on weight. Eat a healthy diet and lead lifestyle of fitness.

BTW you're only 13 so you're likely to grow taller within the next few months/years so chances are you'll level out in terms of height to weight. You're 27.3 on the BMI calculator (Body Mass Index) meaning you are categorised as "overweight" but as you get taller/start exercising more than you'll be able to get into the "Normal Weight" group.

Your really stupid..
Thats not helping him, thats putting him down.
& Just because he plays habbo, who says
he plays all day?!

Just cut down your portions, eat fruit or nut's
if you get hungry, and exercise often, I find
it easy to listen to music while exercising,
makes the time go quicker, and if you do like
300 crunches a day, you don't feel pain, your
mind is on singing along to the music.

Also for 13 year old's, hitting puberty and be around 10 stone aint that bad.

You'll grow taller, dus the fat falling off.

PM me if you want some recepies or anything, I
could find you some.

Excercise is they key, use your pushang rather than driving with your mum to wherever, for example when you want to go to the park/town with your mates shang it there and back..or walk. You could also try going to school in the same way..and in your spare times just going round the block a few times.

Do some exercise go for like a little jog to your shop and back or something.

Just try walking places instead of asking your mum or dad for a lift. I always use my bike or walk places rather than getting a lift. Im 170cm (5ft 7) and I am around 7 and a half stone (which is too light I think). But altough I have never been overweight (I have always been light) I have been chubby. I eat very poorly to be fair, but because I walk everywhere and don't eat too much I seem to even out.

My advice is don't change how you eat to much, but walk/ride places, swimming is a great way of getting exercise, also PE at school is good. You will be slim by the time your 14/15 I bet :)

That's a big assumption to make.. people who go on habbo are all fat. I'm not fat at all and i go on habbo.

your the dude from before arn't you?

i've told you FAR too may times, your diet plans don't work because they lack energy and you will feel really tired after a small time and will crave sugary/fatty foods.

My advice for you is to see your local GP and get him to refer you to a local NHS registered dietician (For free obviously!) and he will sort you a diet plan out that will leave you healthy and energetic.
