Registering?

A usersystem is in the panel... so, you can keep the panel away from or have an in nuilt usersystem quite unique i'd say.

Bland?

I do not think this is bland, he's hid the admin features so you will not be able to delete the accounts etc.. that are already in it.

In my opinion.

It's a great panel, fantastic features... Learn the ways of my mind ;)
