Hypercam2 is free, easy to edit, easy to use.

use older version of hypercam, the newer one doesnt focus on the region u pick (thats for me)

btw, how do u edit?? Dont you need a different program?

Remember pause video when nothing is happening, it just increases video size for nothing.
