Runescape going so slow for me? +rep

Okay, well I used to have a laptop, and I could play runescape and habbo fast, ect like a normal computer. My mom gave me her old work computer, which I have put in a new video card so I can play Call of Duty on. I started playing runescape again, but its sooo slow for me. My java is updated (I think, I have version like 1.5) and I have ran virus and adware checks.. Still slow.

Try reformatting your computer? usually gets rid of everythin like that :]

Ok, this is only if you have Windows Service Pack 2.
Right click start button.
Click Explore.
Click Local Settings.
Click Temp.
Delete All Things In Temp Folder But File Folders.

Lol I had so many that when I went to tools then tried to delete them from the internet explorer, it'd freeze my whole computer, lol. Then I just manually did them like 2,000 at a time.
