Need Advice

Right i need help.
This is just a basic layout, i need some advice on what to put on it.
I will give a free copy to everyone who gives useful information + +rep :)

Its an okay basic layout but id say maybe change the colour its not really that bad but it'd probs look better in other colours so yeh.
