Depends who you want to target?
Game Users (Counter Strike etc...) or web designers or something like that.

Although the audience is important, you should run a website that you find interesting personally otherwise you will close it soon enough.

Online games would attract alot of users. Like Wow, Guild wars and second life.

A lot of people on this forum prefer gaming.
