In the weekly newsletter the hotelmanager Lotus says that the Dutch hotel got some rebuildings.

Hallo Habbo's,
Hier en daar is het al wat onrustig in het hotel, want we hebben het begin van het jaar aangepakt om een beetje te verbouwen. Niet dat je in de lobby's en de kantine door de vloeren zakt, maar hier en daar bladdert de verf al bijna van de muren - bijna... Tijd dus voor een frisse wind en een paar vernieuwingen van de Openbare ruimten.

Hou de homepage in de gaten want we laten je precies weten wat precies de bedoeling is. Zo mogen jullie bijvoorbeeld samen bepalen welke Openbare Ruimten in de metamorfose moeten, komen er wat verbouwingsgerelateerde (sjiek woord, Lotus) Meubi in de handel en mogen jullie je onder het toeziend oog van Habbo Staff uitsloven op een paar bouwkundige competities. Niet alleen voor krachtpatsers!

Vergeet maar niet deze week je bouwhelm op te zetten ;)

You can see here and there some fidgety moments in the hotel, because we pick the first part of the year to plan some rebuildings.. It's not true that the Public Spaces are crumble down, but in some space the wallpainting is so old that they can use a new one. So it's time to refresh the Public Spaces.

Keep an eye at the homepage, cause we let you know exactly what we are gonna do. You may decide which public spaces will get a metamorfose and we will get some rebuildingsfurni in the catalogue. You may also take part in some building expert competitions, and that's not only for bruisers!

You even must not forget to wear your helmet this week ;)

Other rumours said now v12 is not coming, only public spaces will be refreshed, well, we see. :p

I wouldn't think this is V12, just a few minor changes. Almost none of the V11 furniture has even been released, so why would V12 come out?
