We shook on it, He gave the items on his new account to a mate, he took the items, Now the guy who sold me the PSP wants it back. What shall i do. Atm Im going to sell it for 50 Quid ROFLMAO stf him Tbh I dont care at all his loss 'Eh?

If i hes sold all the decent stuff ont he account then stuff him. but if he hasnt touched it you should consider it. But its up to you and also he was the stupid one in the first place to trade somethign worth 150-200 £
So its his own fault but if i was him i would really badly want it back.

If he wants it back so much ask for everything else back, account and items, if he doesn't give you that stuff back then keep it, it was an unfair trade but it was his own fault, you can't be to blame and if he doesn't wanna be friends if you don't give it back then don't be friend because he obviously isn't worth it if he treats you like that
