I think it's unfair to be able to -rep like.. upto 10 points at a time.
I think that we should only be able to do that with +rep, and -rep is only one.
When more repped people do something wrong and you -rep them 1 point, they turn around and -rep you 5.
It's just not fair.

It isn't possible, but someone who -reps you does less damage than when they + rep you. If you have a rep power of 8, a -rep you send would take off only four points. Its halved. However if you had a rep power of 9, it would still take off 4 on a -rep as its rounded down and there's no .5 rep :) The only case where this is not true is administrators who have 15 rep for both.
