He mean's why are you using Vb 3.6.0 BETA when you can download VB 3.6.4. Seems suspicius to mm how you have got a BETA version when you can no longer download them.

I lol'd at that, BETA means its not fully SAFE were as 3.4 means its SAFER then BETA and note, BETA is around 3-4 months old.

You have obviously downloaded a warez version of vBulletin because if it were legit, they would allow you to download the latest version for the same price. You can't pay less for a BETA version that expired months ago.
