Way to 99, Cooking question xD

Ok remember i made that thread about my goal to 99 cooking and i started from 70 and now im 86 xD

I just wanna know what lvl do you have to be to be cooking 100% sharks each time u cook them and obviously with cooking gaunlets,

which is y u use a little thing called cooking gaunlets read his post

its lvl 95 with cooking gaunts and chefs hat and apron lvl 99 with cooking cape activate to make ur cooking lvl 100 to never burn sharks

its 94 my mate got 99 and cooked sharks from lvl 94

Yes its definatly 94 with gauntlets
and 99 with skill cape active (H)
